What they are:
A prosthodontist is a dentist who specializes in restoring and replacing teeth to rebuild your bite and smile—think complex crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implant restorations (including All-on-X/full-mouth rehab).

Training:
After dental school, they complete 3 additional years of advanced residency in prosthodontics (many are board-certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics).
